Ms Louise Gray
Ms Louise Gray is a person with a psychiatric disability, conscious of the challenges faced by people with an "invisible" disability. Provided the carer role for father prior to his death. Keen to play a role in ensuring that the rights of people with disability, whether physical, intellectual or psychiatric, are given appropriate prominence. Also keen to contribute to improving community understanding and acceptance of the issues faced by people with disability, including those whose disabilities may not be apparent to the casual observer.
History of working in Australian Government and non-government roles including ACT National Disability Services. Accustomed to working within the parameters of official forums, including the following:

Identified career highlights
- State finalist in the 2000 Telstra Businesswoman of the Year Awards.
- Winner of the 2000 UNSW Scholarship for the Accelerated Development Program.
- Selected by Finance for the New York IBM Management College, fully funded by Finance.
