ACT Disability Policy Framework 2009-2014
The ACT Government is updating its policy framework to improve outcomes and opportunities for Canberrans who have a disability.
Centre-Based Respite Care Feasibility Report
The ACT Government committed $250,000 in the 2010-11 ACT Budget to undertake a feasibility study to determine the best design for centre-based respite services currently delivered from sites in Kaleen, Charnwood, Hughes and Narrabundah. The study was commissioned because we want a flexible and contemporary model of respite that is client focussed, that meets the expectations of people with a disability, families and carers.
Volume 1 is the Feasibility Report Centre-Based Respite Care delivered by Disability ACT. Volume 2 includes the technical data and information referenced in the report. Volume 3 includes the respite design information.
Disability ACT is committed to providing information in an accessible format. Volume 3 is currently being made accessible and will be available shortly.
