Australian Government National Building and Jobs Plan - Social Housing
The ACT’s expected share of the Australian Government’s $42 billion Nation Building and Jobs Plan is $350 million.
The ACT's share of the funds to be channelled into social housing will be $103 million; $96.5 million of which will provide for the construction of around 290 homes over 2 years; with the balance of $6.5 million being used for the maintenance of around 243 properties.
