Sale To Tenants Scheme

The Sale To Tenant Scheme has been in operation since 1991. Housing ACT has recently undertaken a review of the Sale to Tenant Scheme to ensure that it meets the needs of tenants and the Department, and is consistent with new Public Housing reforms announced in April 2007. The scheme is aimed at providing a home ownership opportunity to public housing tenants.
