Youth Justice Victims Register
The Youth Justice Victims Register is a database that is maintained by the Office for Children, Youth and Family Support.
The Register is used to record the names and contact details of victims of offences committed by young offenders. A victim's information is only placed on the Register at the request of the victim or someone acting on their behalf.
The Register allows for the provision of certain information to a registered victim about the young offender who offended against them.
The information on the Register is strictly controlled and can only be accessed by authorised staff within CSD.
