Discussion Paper - Maximising Potential: improving life transitions for young people in care
The Discussion Paper, Maximising Potential: improving life transitions for young people in care, was developed to engage the community sector and government service delivery agencies in developing improvements to the service provided by the Community Services Directorate.
The paper sought input from stakeholders on these proposed improvements. The consultation period on this paper closed on 30 November 2010.
Evaluation of the submissions received and feedback from the consultation process is currently being undertaken, prior to the development of a new service framework for young people transitioning to independent living from the care environment.
