Public Advocate of the ACT & Enduring Power of Attorney
Protects the welfare of people in the community who suffer from a condition or situation that makes them potentially vulnerable to abuse, exploitation or neglect. Role includes the administration of Guardianship and Enduring Power of Attorney legislation.

Public Trustee for the ACT
The ACT Government encourages everybody to put in place appropriate provisions for the management of our finances and estate, irrespective of our age, in readiness for a possible loss of capacity to manage our affairs, and our inevitable death.
The Public Trustee offers its professional services to the whole community at very competitive rates e.g. the establishment of Wills or Enduring Powers of Attorney, financial management and trust administration. Seniors (60+) and pensioners are assisted to write their Wills for FREE.
