HACC Transport
Administered by the six Regional Community Services and accessible to anybody who is eligible for Home and Community Care (HACC) services i.e. frail aged or people with a disability who is at risk of needing residential care if they do not receive support services. You do not need to be receiving any other HACC service to use HACC Transport.
