Ministerial Advisory Council on Ageing

Our Operation

MACA meets formally no less than 4 times a year.

The quorum for Council meetings is a majority of members.

Meetings are facilitated by the Chair, or Deputy Chair, in absence of the Chair.

At each meeting members provide brief reports on consultations they have attended or information on Council proceedings they have disseminated to community interest groups and report on any significant issues arising.
