The development of these Business Guides was a commitment of the ACT Office for Ageing within the ACT Strategic Plan for Positive Ageing 2010-14: Towards and Age-friendly City. The guides aim to assist the business sector to be more accessible and inclusive of seniors, as customers and employees.
