Karralika Programs Inc: External Link - provides alcohol and other drug treatments, long-stay residential rehabilitation and the only accredited drink-driver education program in the ACT.

Family Drug Support External Link - provides trained volunteers to assist in diffusing a crisis, facilitate positive decisions and refer to other services.

Women’s Information Resources and Education on Drugs and Dependency (WIREDD) - provides information, resources, counselling and outreach to women to minimise the harm associated with dependencies and educate the community on understanding the needs of women affected by dependencies.

Alcoholics Anonymous Canberra/Queanbeyan External Link - is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other so that they may solve their common problem. The only requirement is a desire to stop drinking.

Al-Anon Family Group External Link - is a fellowship of relatives and friends of alcoholics who share their experience, strength and hope in order to solve their common problem.

Alateen Al-Anon Family Groups Monaro District External Link - is a self-help group for children and adolescents whose lives are, or have been, affected by problem drinkers.

ACT Drug and Alcohol Residential Care Facilities

Arcadia House External Link - provides a 24 hour residential non-medicated detoxification, withdrawal centre from drugs or alcohol. Offers alternative therapies including massage, acupuncture, vitamins, aromatherapy, groups and counselling.

CentacareExternal Link - The Sobering Up Shelter provides a safe environment for men and women aged 18 years or over to recover from drug and alcohol use.

Karralika External Link - provides a drug-free residential rehabilitative care for people with alcohol and other drug dependencies.

Lesley’s Place provides support for women with drug and alcohol issues. It maintains two residential services and outreach support for women in the community who are in recovery or have a desire to change their drug and alcohol use.

The Salvation Army Bridge Program External Link - provides long-term residential rehabilitation for people affected by an addiction, and offers a variety of outpatient services including telephone counselling.
