Housing Assistance Unit
- part of the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare, the Unit develops national data standards, identifies data items for national collection, collects and analyses national housing data and produces national reports on housing assistance. In particular its work covers public rental housing, state owned and managed Indigenous housing, community housing, home purchase assistance, private rent assistance and the Crisis Accommodation Program.
