ACT Concession Program The Department of Disability, Housing and Community Services administers the ACT Concessions Program which aims to improve the affordability of essential services for eligible low-income earners, Veterans, Pensioners and Health Care Card Holders.

Belconnen Energetic Seniors Club (BEST)  - provides a respite group for Home and Community Care eligible clients in Belconnen and surrounding area.
