Australian Breastfeeding Association - aims to support, encourage and educate those who choose to breastfeed. Services include breastfeeding education and support for new and expectant parents and electric breast pump hire. Phone (Breastfeeding Helpline): 1800 686 268

Canberra and Region Multiple Birth Association  - offers support groups for parents of multiple birth children. Provides information, social meetings and functions for members.

Canberra Fertility Centre  - provides fertility management including IVF,ICSI and surrogacy. Couples and singles can apply. Appointment required. Phone: 02 6282 5458

Canberra Midwifery Program  - Offers and environment that fosters the normal process of childbirth and is responsive to the needs of women and their babies. Appointment required. Phone: 02 6244 3145

Canberra Hospital Maternity Unit - The Canberra Hospital provides a comprehensive maternity and neonatal service to residents of the ACT and surrounding region. Also offers Pre-natal Information sessions. Phone: 02 6244 2222

Karinya House for Mothers and Babies - provides supported accommodation, transitional housing and outreach services for women who are pregnant or with babies and without appropriate accommodation and/or support. Phone: 02 6259 8998

Medicines Line Information - provides information and advice on prescription medicines, vitamins and herbal remedies. Phone: 1300 633 424 (Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm)

National Pregnancy Support - provides a non-directive counselling and support for women, their partners or their families, who are experiencing and an unplanned pregnancy or who are uncertain about continuing with a pregnancy. Phone (Pregnancy, Birth and Baby Helpline): 1800 88 24 36 (24 Hrs)

Post and Antenatal Depression Support and Information - PANDSI  - provides support and information to families affected by post or antenatal depression. Phone: 02 6288 5293 (Monday-Thursday (9:30am – 2:30pm)

Pregnancy Support Service ACT Inc. (pro-life) - offers general information on issues surrounding pregnancy, free pregnancy tests, care and support, information and counselling during and after pregnancy and confidential post-abortion counselling. They do not refer for abortion services. Phone: 02 6247 5050 (24 Hrs)

Sexual Health & Family Planning ACT Inc.   - provides sexual and reproductive health services including support for pregnancy, fertility, menopause, sexuality, sexual health and wellbeing. Phone: 02 6247 3077 during business hours.
