Diamond Phoenix

is a group of breast cancer survivors of various ages from a great variety of backgrounds, athletic abilities and interests.
Canberra Griffins
were founded in 1994 as a social women's team in the ACT. In 1998 we took on a more serious approach and began competing at a sporting level.
Females in Training (FIT)
group for women, of all abilities, enjoying safe, non-competitive training in a supportive atmosphere. Provides training sessions, coaching, advice and regular get-togethers for women with similar interests. The main focus is on the three triathlon disciplines of swimming, running and cycling.

A Chorus of Women
- a Canberra based women’s singing group established when 150 women filled the Australian Parliament with the song "Lament" on 18 March 2003, the day Australia's intention to invade Iraq was announced. It is an open group which welcomes all singers.
Bellyup Dance
is a family friendly group and school that shares the joy of belly dance with women of all ages. It's a modern fusion of folkloric and cabaret styles which incorporates the inherent joy of the dance and echoes back to its very origins where women gathered to share and revel in each other’s company. Daughters, mothers, grandmothers, family, friends dancing as one with laughter and fun! It's a joyous burst of colour and movement.

Canberra Bellydance Gypsy Collective

The Australian Guide Program
aims to help girls and young women to grow into confident, self-respecting, responsible community members. There are programs for 5+, 7+, 10+, 14+ and 18 - 30 year olds. Adults can become volunteer leaders through a nationally accredited training program. There are Guides active in every part of the ACT and surrounding regions.
